If you are interested in receiving Pardee support, please call our office to receive a complete application. All interested applicants must be willing to complete, submit and sign all necessary paperwork, in order to be considered.

Additional documentation may include: proof of income, most recent 1040 tax return, proof of rent or mortgage statement, three months of bank statements, copy of your driver’s license, and copy of insurance card. It is possible additional documents may be requested depending on each individual’s unique application. A failure to provide an accurate, true and complete statement of financial status, could cancel the application for assistance and further delay the process of receiving aid.

The completed application is then presented at a monthly meeting to the Fund’s board of trustees for evaluation and approval. All applications must be updated and reapproved every year, in order to continue Pardee assistance.
